The Sun Shinned Bright for Dawn and Carl !

For the week leading up to Dawn and Carl’s wedding, we all anxiously watched the forecast. The meteorologists were calling for a 70 percent chance of significant precipitation for the day of the wedding.

Leading up to the day, that gloomy forecast didn’t dampen the smiles and excitement for Carl and Dawn.  While backup plans where being put into place, the couple not only took it in stride but had fun doing so.

As someone once told me, when the weather service says there is a 70 percent chance of rain there is a 30 percent chance that it will not rain. That 30 percent of no precipitation came true for Saturday. It turned out to be a beautiful day for Dawn and Carl and their family and friends.

The day began with the girls getting ready, and the tone of the day was set early when a special delivery from Carl arrived. A beautiful flower arrangement and a heartfelt note caused his bride-to-be speechless and brought tears to the eyes of almost everyone in the room.

The Ridge at Back Brook and provided a beautiful backdrop for the Fall themed wedding ceremony and reception. It was a gorgeous day from start to finish, the plans were flawlessly executed to the smallest detail, and to top it off it was fun too!

Dawn and Carl are two great people and a very loving couple. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. Thanks to you both, your wonderful family and friends for letting us be part of your day!
